A graduate in Hotel Management from PUCMM, Laura is accredited as a Certified Chef by the Panamerican Forum and WACS. She specializes in preparing and cooking healthy menus.
She has extensive experience of working in Dominican restaurants and currently works for Kah Kow, the Dominican ne chocolate maker.
She has also provided catering services for large events, including the backstage production of prominent artists such as Luciano Pavarotti, Plácido Domingo and Juan Luis Guerra.
