Emil Vega

 

He is the creator and editor of Gastroteca, the first Dominican magazine about gourmet gastronomy, and his articles about food transcend to international publications such as Condé Nast. 

He has collaborated in books about Dominican gastronomy, as recipe developer, food stylist, general editor and director of projects, and participated in several national gastronomic festivals and events, from cooking shows as a chef and speaker, cooking demos and workshops, as well as judge for university cooking competitions. He is also a talent for the popular tv reality Mazola Academy, where he performs as a judge as well as takes care of all the logistics regarding ingredients and foods for the whole show. He has been co-star of Ruta Gastronómica section of Noche de Luz tv show, and star of La Aventura Diaria con Emil Vega, a Nissan Pathfinder campaign, and has been invited in numerous occasions to participate as a connoisseur in national tv programs to speak about gastronomy.
